腫瘍班活動報告

2019年は手術、外来と大きな問題なく終えることができました。スタッフの先生方はもちろんですが、実際の現場で汗をかいている病棟班、外来班の先生方のしっかりとした管理のおかげです。この場を借りて感謝いたします。また、関連施設の先生方にも沢山の患者様をご紹介いただき、誠に有難うございました。2020年も皆様のご協力の元、安全な体制の下で、さらなる飛躍を果たしたいと考えております。引き続き、よろしくお願いいたします。

手術関連

腎腫瘍関連
ロボット支援腎部分切除術　321例　（2018年：253例、2017年：221例）
腎癌手術総数　378例（2018年：330例、2017年：304例）
ロボット支援腎部分切除術については前年より50例以上増加し、300例を超える症例数となっています。吉田先生の活躍や、新たに羽田先生が独立した術者として成長している成果です。さらに、今までは火曜日と木曜日に手術を行ってきましたが、2019年からは金曜日、土曜日も手術を行っています。それでも待機患者様が2ヶ月弱という状況であります。それらに対応するためには、術者を増やして安定的に毎日手術ができる体制を整える必要があります。働き方改革の影響で、短時間で正確な手術がより要求されております。習熟した術者を教育することが急務であると考えております（個人的にも外来患者数が手術患者とほぼ同数増加しているので、そろそろ限界に近づいております、、）。症例数ですと、国内ではもちろん、米国のhigh volume centerに肩を並べる程度までに成長しております。その症例数の中でも大きな合併症なく経過しております。今後も、high quality、high volumeを目指して頑張っていきたいと思います。

腎尿管全摘　27例（2018年：32例、2017年：25例）
膀胱全摘　11例（2018年13例、2017年9例）
TUR-Bt　95例（2018年90例、2017年110例）

膀胱全摘は全例ロボット支援手術で行っており、再建については飯塚先生を中心にICUDで多くの症例を行なっております。2020年は腎尿管全摘もロボット支援手術を開始する予定です。

論文関連

本年は19本の論文（当教室データを使用した論文）がacceptされております。目標は20本でしたので、目標未達ではありますが、多くの情報を世界に発信できたと考えております。腎癌についてはおそらく国内最多の論文数であると思われます。現在は、吉田先生、福田先生、石原先生が後進の指導を頑張ってくれておりますが、さらに論文を増やすには（30本以上）、論文指導できる人材の育成が必要です。若手医師の皆様、是非仲間に加わってください。
