手術関連

腎腫瘍関連

ロボット支援腎部分切除術 253例（2017年:221例、2016年:152例）
開腹腎部分切除術　12例（2017年:23例、2016年:47例）
開腹腎摘除術　32例（2017年:17例、2016年:48例）
腹腔鏡下腎摘除術　33例（2017年:43例、2016年:55例）
総数330例（2017年:304例、2016年:302例）

ロボット支援腎部分切除術の増加により全体的に増加しております。国内最多症例ではありますが、世界的に見ますとcleveland clinicでは600例程度の症例を行っておりますので、世界をリードするほどの症例数ではありません。現在、働き方改革の一環で手術枠が昨年度と比較して削減されているのが現状です。大幅な症例増加は現状難しい状況ですが、引き続き安全な治療を提供できる様努力致します。

尿路上皮関連

腎尿管全摘（ラパロ、開腹）　32例（2017年:25例、2016年:16例）
膀胱全摘 15例（ロボット13例）（2017年:9例、2016年:8例）
TUR-Bt　90例（2017年:110例、2016年:93例）

田邉先生、飯塚先生の尽力によりロボット支援膀胱全摘が開始され、軌道に乗っております。開腹より腹腔鏡、腹腔鏡よりロボットとより低侵襲手術となっており、適応が広がる事が期待されます。

論文関連

本年は16本の論文（当教室データを使用した論文）がacceptされております。石山亮先生、池田敬至先生、岩元香奈先生、小野原聡先生など若手の先生方の活躍が目立ちます。その他、大学院生の福田先生、石原先生が患者検体保存開始しており、基礎研究に役立てる様努力しております。臨床、基礎ともに、より洗練されたデータを世界に発信できる様、努力して参ります。
